I’m Tee Westbrook. I’ve spent years using content to build brands, fill rooms, launch offers, tell stories and grow communities. I create for my own personal brand, Cool Girls Create, events, business projects and community work.
I’m not teaching theory. I’m breaking down the process I actually use: finding the angle, shaping the hook, deciding what to say, getting the shot, capturing B-roll and turning the idea into content that has a job to do.
Events, launches, community stories, personal brand and business content.
I can watch what you are doing and help you fix the little things in real time.
You will see how I think through content, not just the finished post.

The women in the room are practicing too. You will see different approaches, help each other film, trade ideas and learn from what someone else tries.
I’ll also bring in creator field notes: real examples, case studies, data, strategy breakdowns and recorded perspectives from creators I’ve worked with when they help explain what works for a certain kind of content.
That might mean breaking down a strong review, studying how someone structures an event recap, looking at a brand campaign that worked, or hearing a creator talk through what she learned on her own journey.
