Cool Girls Connect is our signature virtual and in-person experience for creative and ambitious women who want to meet the right people.....not just more people.

Meet the woman creating the room

Taniesha “Tee” Westbrook is a creative director, entrepreneur, and community builder who has spent the last seven years turning ideas into brands, campaigns, experiences, and communities.

She is the founder of Cool Girls Create and co-founder of Shop Black Fest, a national platform that has worked with more than 4,000 Black-owned businesses across 13 cities.

Tee created Cool Girls Create for women like her: women with several ideas, several talents, and a desire to build meaningful relationships while figuring out what they want to create next.

Through every conversation and experience, her goal is simple: help women see what is already inside of them, connect them with people who understand their vision, and give them the push to do something with it.
